5.1 Third-Party Links & Ads. We are not responsible for third-party websites or advertisements linked on the Site. You access them at your own risk.
5.2 Other Users. We are not responsible for User Content from other users. Any disputes are solely between you and other users.
5.3 Release. You release 8888 Global Inc. from any claims related to disputes with third parties or other users.
6. DISCLAIMERS
The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8888 Global Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
8. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Certain provisions (including indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.
